Assessors Maps/GIS Link

Please note that Assessors Tax Maps are not Property Line Plans.  They are an inventory of all the ownership of land with the Town of Erving.  They appoximate the geometric size of the individual parcels.  Maps are compiled from recorded individual subdivisions, plans of land and deed language.  The maps are a compoiste index of a municipalities land records. There is never any certification of the accuracy of the Assessor's Parcel lines conveyed. Maps are public records and therefore must comply with the public records law. The maps were updated as of January 1, 2016. The maps are in PDF format.
